In the early 90s Mark was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which challenged what constitutes a “career” and what is important. This began the exploration of how to overcome the complexities of finding the “balance” emotionally, physically, cognitively and spiritually.
Mark is passionate about encouraging people to find the balance whatever their role is and to challenge taken for granted assumptions about what is “successful”.
These sessions will explore the key elements to “growing me growing you” in a creative and practical way that will motivate, inspire and encourage people to make changes that will contribute to growth personally and organisationally.
