6D Workshop: David Loader & Jennifer Ferneyhough

DPV 3rd Annual Conference

David Loader & Jennifer Ferneyhough

Workshop:  Pushing the Boundaries - Professional Development for senior executives.

David Loader & Jennifer Ferneyhough presented a workshop entitled  Pushing the Boundaries. They discussed the evolution of the Work Ethic to the Learning Ethic and how leaders were moving towards moving their personal boundaries as they faced the challenges of their organizations.  Participants in the workshop were given opportunities to discuss their immediate and future challenges and how they might think outside the square.

David Loader continued his metaphor The Old Mother Hubbard Syndrome - do you have it and participants searched the inner emptiness that many leaders experience.
